The residential part of Maison de Racines is still in development and is not yet available.
The future residence will not be based on rigid categories. Each resident will have a stable place to live and access to everyday practical support, while additional assistance can be adapted according to individual needs and level of independence.
Not every resident needs the same amount of support.
Accompaniment, shopping, administrative tasks and everyday responsibilities.
Mobility or personal hygiene assistance according to individual needs.
Regular one-to-one conversations to review everyday needs, goals, routines and the level of support that is helpful at that time.
Coordination with social workers, doctors, psychotherapists, addiction specialists, Spitex and other services or partners.
More intensive assistance during difficult transitional or recovery periods and, depending on the future operating model, overnight presence or night support.
The exact scope of services that Maison de Racines may provide directly will be defined as the operating and staffing model is developed.
Final residential fees are not yet published because they will depend on the property, capacity, staffing model, operating costs, cantonal requirements and available funding mechanisms.
Housing, meals, cooking, laundry, common spaces, everyday practical support and daily structure.
Additional assistance according to the resident’s actual needs and changing level of independence.
Where required and legally possible, additional professional or enhanced support can be organised through external, partner or appropriately qualified in-house services.
Reduced fees may be available to eligible residents where third-party or dedicated subsidy funding has been confirmed.
Potential sources may include social services, public bodies, foundations, institutional grants, private donors, family or a dedicated DomRoots Suisse subsidy fund.
No public financing arrangement for Maison de Racines has yet been confirmed.
